Charity Manager
Mitchell is our Charity Manager. 'As a development worker and consultant I've had the opportunity to work with and support hundreds of different charities with a wide range of work. Putting this experience to good use with Signal, which has such a large reach and impact, makes me very proud.'

ANNA MACKENZIE
Project Officer
Anna has been a working as Project Officer for Signal since March 2019. “My role working with the Deaf Community and people living with the effects of hearing loss is extremely fulfilling. I enjoy the variety that this role brings; it allows me to positively support to the people we’re here for. I am enthusiastic to be part of the team working for Signal and being involved in making an impact on people’s lives.”

ALLY MCDONALD
International Programmes Coordinator
Ally joined Signal in April 2020. “I am thrilled to be part of the International team at Signal, where I am able to use my passion and experience in international development to work on our programmes in Uganda, Malawi, Zambia and Tanzania. These projects make a huge difference to the lives of Deaf people and their families and I am very excited to see what impact we can make in the future".

JOANNE ROSE
Outreach Worker
Jo joined Signal in Sept 2008 as Outreach Worker, when the charity was known as Shropshire Christian Association for the Deaf. "I am thrilled to be part of Signal, supporting the Deaf community, as I can empathise with how they feel as I am the same being in their shoes. I am proud to have worked with the Deaf community all these years and may it continue to grow bigger and stronger".

HESTER SCHOFIELD
Volunteer Coordinator
Hester started at Signal in June 2021 as Volunteer Coordinator. “I am so excited to be joining the passionate and skilled team at Signal. I look forward to recruiting and inducting new volunteers to support the work Signal do to help support people who are Deaf, have hearing loss and tinnitus in the UK and internationally.
